Role Overview

Farminsta is seeking an exceptional Marketing Manager to drive our sales, marketing, and customer retention strategies across both corporate accounts and influencer partnerships. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns, manage key relationships, and lead a dynamic team to enhance our brand positioning and drive sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Implement Marketing Strategies:
  • Craft a comprehensive marketing roadmap that aligns with Farminsta's business objectives and identifies market opportunities across B2B channels and influencer collaborations.
  • Integrate sales and customer retention strategies into all marketing initiatives.
  • Lead Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing:
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring proactive management and measurable results.
  • Spearhead digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO/SEM, and content management to boost Farminsta’s online presence.
  • Content Management:
  • Develop, curate, and manage engaging content that reinforces our brand identity and resonates with the agri-business sector.
  • Client & Influencer Engagement:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and influencer partners.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, including in-person visits to customer offices as needed, to showcase platform features and drive engagement.
  • Sales & Customer Retention:
  • Develop strategies to drive overall sales growth and ensure high customer retention rates.
  • Implement proactive measures to enhance customer lifetime value and manage churn.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling:
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts to upsell additional modules and cross-sell complementary products for module upgrades.
  • Collaborate with product teams to tailor solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Leverage analytics and market insights to assess campaign performance, adjust strategies, and drive ROI.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer insights and market trends for continuous improvement.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring:
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background:
  • Any bachelor's degree.
  • Professional Experience:
  • 3+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in B2B marketing, ideally within the agri-tech, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Experience managing sales, marketing, and customer retention initiatives, including influencer partnerships.
  • Skill Set:
  • Expertise in crafting and executing integrated marketing strategies and proactive campaign management.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing and content management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure and nurture high-value accounts.
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful product demos and presentations.
  • Professional proficiency in Hindi (spoken) to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.

Technical & Digital Skills

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo,..) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
